As we are receiving many customer requests we would like to inform you of the following regarding our recently announced partnership with ARRI:
- The cvolution hand unit will be 100% compatible with the ARRI Alexa Plus, i.e. wired and wireless remote control of lens motors.
- There will be an upgrade possibility for current cvolution hand units (technical details and cost will follow soon).
- The development for the Alexa is already in progress and is highest on our priority list. We expect to release the first software with Alexa plus features within the next couple of weeks (May 2011).
- The full scope of integration (e.g. integration of features into the cdisplay II) is currently in analysis and we will also provide more information on this soon.
- We will announce progress and updates on in this blog regularly.
- We would like to thank for your feedback and appreciation of this partnership. You can be assured that we are working hard to integrate the bits and pieces as fast as possible and further improve our products.
New Arrivals at camadeus.
camadeus Film Technologies is excited to announce a few new arrivals at our North Hollywood location.
We have received 3 Screen Plane Production Rigs with all of their accessories. They will be available for rental beginning May 1st. For more information on the Production Rig check their product page.
We also had two other small packages arrive last week with a little surprise from cmotion’s new partner in Lens Control, Arri. camadeus Film Technologies is pleased to say that we have 2 AlexaPlus for Demo and Production purposes. We know Woody will be glad to have a break.
